We offer a free tier with limited credits that reset every 5 days. No payment information is required for the free tier.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YouTube Transcript and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our service processes content from YouTube and other third-party sources. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.
In no event shall YouTube Transcript, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the service. You use the service at your own risk.
Transcript accuracy depends on the quality of source content. We strive for high accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy for all content. AI-generated summaries and translations are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IntelliCap, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IntelliCap operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
